I have taken my car to Ideal three times for service and have been very satisfied on all three occassions. I was originally attracted to the convenience of the shop (I live in Davis Square) but the quality of their work and the remarkable courtesy and professionalism of the staff has kept me coming back. I live very near to Ideal, and they always offer to drive my car over for me so I don't have to move it to their lot. They make repairs very quickly, and spend the time to fix recurring problems correctly. I got a flat tire shortly after my last visit, and Ideal fixed it for me in one day free of charge. The service at Ideal is exceptional and unparalleled. I highly recommend Ideal.
