I enjoyed the customer service--I asked lot of questions and had patient and well communicated answers. I think prices were mostly reasonable for the work I had done.

The only remaining uncertainty is that my "check engine light" went on 2 days after my service at Ideal. I think they did a comprehensive diagnostic and did not find anything wrong with the engine though. Perhaps there's just a kink in my Mazda's computer or something...
