My husband and I have two older Audis. We weren't happy with the service, timing, or prices at the dealer in recent years. I discovered Ideal when I somehow managed to pull the front bumper off of my husband's car on the curb in the parking lot near where I work. The meter reader saw what happened and pointed out Ideal across the street and suggested I ask them for help. They graciously tied up my bumper so I could get home and wouldn't take anything for it. Since then, I've taken my car and my husband's to them several times. We've always received very pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable service. They've always been patient at explaining what needs to be fixed and why to two people who are not car savvy. The work they have done has been excellent and their prices are much more fair than the dealer. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
