Dennis is a good guy and unlike some others, he is more interested in maintaining your long term business rather than short term profiteering. Good service speaks for itself and Ideal has provided excellent service for my Toyota Camry since I was referred to them by MacKinnon's in Cambridge. All the people I have dealt with have positive attitudes which is clearly a reflection of the work environment. Trust me. You don't want angry people working on your car.
