I am very satisfied with Ideal. Although my mechanic of 15 years, Tim Hubbard was not there on the day I brought my car in, I had faith in Dennis right away and I can feel the difference driving my car now after the repairs he made. The only thing they forgot to do was put a new sticker on my window as to when the next oil change is as they did one that day but forgot the sticker. They called me to see how the car was running after the repairs and when I told them they said I could pop in anytime to have the new sticker put on. I would highly recommend Ideal.
