I decided to use IDEAL Auto Repair because they were recommended by my neighbors and their location was very convenient for me. I sent out a query to our block Listserv and several people recommended IDEAL Auto. This was my first experience with them, and they were incredibly fast and professional. They addressed all of the issues and solved the problem, so my car did not sound like a rasping Tom Waits when I left.
