Clean-Tech Maid Service has done extra things for me like they found different ways to clean my floors at times and if I ask them to do different projects, I just call in and they make sure to send someone out in the next few weeks to take care of it. If something breaks while they're cleaning, it's usually something minor and they replace it so no issues there.
