I found Mel@Jay vie another user of my previous property manager who was a Ripoff merchant, I wont name the company but after moving to mel@Jay I feel I now have a management company that is doing what its meant to do looking after the Property informing me of any issues relating to tenants getting repair work done. And there was alot of work needing doing as my previous manager left in in a terrible mess. they are a good company and I would recommened to anyone.
