I'm a Canadian who is investing in Syracuse via this Mel & Jay Management company. There are many difference of housing system in between even both of US and Canada. They are very friendly to solved my property problems, tenants, repair, tax and more. They are real professional people but very friendly as well. I had got negative cash flow when I purchased this home in Syracuse. But I got positive flow when I started with them. Highly recommended!
