I decided to use Mel & Jay Management because they were the most responsive when I was looking for someone to manage my property.

I do not live in Syracuse, where the property is located, so I needed someone who could take care of everything for me.

My experience with Mel & Jay Management has been smooth. When they came out to the property, they certainly did not need any hand-holding. They knew what they were doing.

They found tenants for our home and have dealt with fixing things that needed to be fixed.

I certainly would recommend them.
