This isn't the first time we've had our car in Reinhard's German Autohaus. We've been using them since maybe February or March. We had an emergency so we took our car in there and they took it right away because they knew it was our only car. They took a look at it and noticed the problem right away and fixed it. In the meantime, they made sure we had a car.
