I have lived at Penbrooke Apts for just about 2 yrs & I want to say that the maintenance guys we have on property, they are the best. They are very friendly, caring guys. They get things done in a timely manner & take pride in their work & it shows. They go out of their way along with all the other staff to make your stay at Penbrooke an enjoyable one. I also want to say Brian & Angela have improved the property also. You guys have the best staff on board. Thanks & keep up the awesome work!!!
