I would certainly send people to Abbey Carpets Unlimited Design Center. We ordered two different types of flooring from them, experiencing just one hitch when we decided to get something else and first heard we wouldn't be able to get a refund or exchange deal. The owner, however, took charge of our situation in a very helpful way. In the end, everything worked out great.
