We've been dealing with Hometown TV & Appliance for quite a few years. This past time, we needed a fridge that day. We went down there and they had one for us and brought it up the same day. I've known the woman we deal with there for years. The customer service is great and I have had no problems.

Go down there instead of going to any of the big chains to look for appliances. You get better customer service. It's also convenient. If I need something really badly, I don't have to wait around. When our appliances go, I usually need something the same day. They are always able to bring me the appliance I need that day or the next.
