The salesman was knowledgeable and spoke clearly, effectively. The installation went exactly as stated. The results are wonderful. I was not impressed with the phone staff. I had to reschedule three weeks before installation and was told if I had to reschedule again I would be charged so I should be sure this date would work. I seriously considered cancelling the order. I am glad I didn't as the results are as expected.
