When I contacted California Deluxe Windows, they were very responsive in getting back to me, and meeting me and my husband. When they came to do the job, they were professional from start to finish. It was a very smooth process. They installed four windows in our 1977 home. We love our new windows. They are a great feature for our home, and the windows make me feel safe. They slide open, so I can stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Also, they are fairly soundproof, as they manage to block out noise from outside, such as street traffic and the loud blaring horns of trains in the morning. It is a great improvement from our old windows.They performed the installation and services professionally, and I am very satisfied with my new windows.
