We've used Simply Clean Care with Millers twice now because they specialize in Asia wool carpet. They came over to our house, picked up the carpets, gave us a precise inventory of what they picked up, washed and dried them offsite, returned them and placed them where they were, and added pads where needed. They were very professional, courteous, and efficient.
