Element Moving and Storage far exceeded my expectations. I have moved 14 times in the last 20 years and every single time turned into a nightmare. The crew arrived at 8:15am and left 71/2 hours later with all of my furniture and boxes safely placed in their trucks. They delivered everything to Kerrville the next day. Everything went smoothly and went exactly as Lee said it would go!!! Customer service means a great deal to me - this company will get my referral for many years!!
