Only negative reasons keeping this move from being a 5 star move are packing for several (5 so far, still unpacking) breakable items was poorly done resulting in broken items and pushing/sliding some heavy boxes on new hardwood floors resulted in scratches and scuff marks. Will probably be expensive for us to fix floors.
