After having the contract for a year we had the free house inspection. Brian was really great. So glad he was there when he was-turned out that our sump pump had just quit and we didn't know it. He replaced it and went on to check the rest of the house and found a leaking outside faucet that I didn't know was leaking. He was great-explained everything and very patient with my questions.
