We had a need for a plumber to fix a hole in copper piping in basement and we call Benjamin Franklin because we had seen them in the neighborhood. Our technician Ed was punctual and professional, finished in the time he saod he would and let us know exactly what happened how he would fix it and gave us recommendations for next steps.
