I came in for an oil change and they charged me $40.00 for it. The oil changes at the Toyota factory is cheaper and you get the same 32 check points. They were going to charge me $50.00 for tire rotations, along with additional charge to clean my battery of rust. I think when you pay $40.00 that should be more than enough for additional charges. I was initally going to go next do where they have an oil change and tire rotation for $18.99 but since they were busy, I came here.

Customer service wise, it was superb. The gentlemen was very nice and professional and helpful. He called me to let me know of additional services that I may need. Very nice guy.

But seriously, with all of these body shops around, you need to start charging less and have some incentives to come to the body shop.
