Contacted Alvarez Plumbing via website late Friday for a quote and rcvd a response from David shortly after. He quoted me for weekend and weekday service for my problem - which for a weekend was reasonable. First good thing. Corresponded with David via email and set-up service call for Sat. morning. Second good thing. Douglas called when 30 minutes away from arriving and in the time promised. Third good thing. Douglas and Jay arrived on time and were personable right off the bat. Fourth good thing. They assessed the problem and advised of what they needed to do and what it would cost - which was within the original quote. Fifth good thing. Problem resolved in less than an hour. Sixth good thing. Was able to use $25 off coupon from Alvarez website. Seventh good thing. From start to finish, my plumbing issue was handled and resolved in a timely, professional manner and at a reasonable cost. I was a repeat customer...and will continue to be. Thank-you All.
