I contacted Alvarez to come out to replace my old leaky kitchen faucet. The original appointment was set between 11am and 2pm today. I had asked if someone could co me out before 11. David said they would do the best they can. They did better than expected. Robert called around 9:15 and arrived by 9:30. He did the job in less than 45 minutes and saved me about $30 in the process. I typically do not write these type of reviews and I do not impress easy. In this case I must make an exception. Alvarez Plumbing has tremendous customer service and the rates are very reasonable. Robert was very professional, pleasant, personable and knowledgeable and did a superlative job. And my wife says she is so happy he fixed her sink.
