Had my annual back flow testing performed by a technician named ziggy he called prior to testing to set up the test the day before test he called to confirm our appointment. On the day of the test he was on time and since I didn't know what a back flow was I asked if I can watch him perform the test. He took me through every step of the test. Unfortunately my back flow failed the test. I was given a quote on The repair I thought at first it was pricey but after calling 8 different companies Alvarez had the best price and warranty for the entailed job. I called and gave the go ahead. Once again the same technician ziggy came out to repair the back flow as prior the scheduling was done for my convenience and the tech showed up on time. He was very polite and professional something other companies lack. He repaired the equipment in front of me as he did the test. From the beginning of my encounter with Alvarez plumbing to the end they were very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a great plumbing company.
