RightNow Process Service was good, especially in terms of the timeliness. They secured the paperwork almost immediately. My only complaint was that the company wasn't well marked. The business itself where I dropped the paperwork off at wasn't actually RightNow; it was a printing company. I actually had to make a couple of phone calls to verify it was the correct place.

But once I got the paperwork in there, things went smoothly. It just took a little communication with the company. I would recommend that RightNow let their customers know what the exact address is and what to look for on the street. Other than that, I would recommend them.
