my car was given to me 4 days after it was promised..i was without a car for those 4 days as a result. i had no one walk around the car with me and explain exactly what was done.. still parts missing that i have to go back for..the inside carpet was filthy with large footprints. the service writer who took me in and handled the car is a joke as an advisor and of course was no where to be found when i picked it up.
