I was very unsatisfied with my experience at Bavarian Auto Haus. I picked up my car only to have another issue appear that was not there before I brought it in. It was a frustrating, expensive and demeaning experience. I felt that they promised a lot but delivered very little. It's difficult knowing nothing about your vehicle and having to trust someone to fix it. It's even more difficult when you get your car back (after it's been in the shop for over a week and they say all issues are solved) and you can tell something else is wrong and you aren't even on the freeway yet. The problem was never fixed. It is unfortunate that I do not recommend them. They seem to promise so much but in reality their delivery is poor.
