On one of my rental properties, tenant complained that outside unit stopped working. Decided to try this company. Only $49.95 for a service call. Shane and Quanah were the technicians. Outside fuse was blown as a result of loose wire to the outside circuit box. Fixed for $20. Also, took the panels off the unit and hosed it out real good. Checked freon (R22) and it was full- no leaks. These guys were honest and diagnosed it correctly. High satisfied customer.
