Though the ad was for 3 rooms and a hall, the square footage associated with 3 rooms was nowhere close to the square footage of 3 average rooms. From the first call there was high pressure to refer friends and give the business a positive rating - before any service was provided. When the carpet was wet, it appeared to be clean, but once it dried, it was no better and maybe even worse than prior to being cleaned. This was after paying an upgrade for a better "scrubbing pad"
While the men seemed nice, their high pressure and push for upgrades was uncomfortable. If upgrades are needed to provide the service, this should be noted before the sale.
