Tried making an appt
Tried to make an apt for my husband, Kim says because that dr has left I need to bring medical records. For God's sakes patient has been coming to your office since 2005. Would not give an appt so I went to other facility. Thought retention was key!! Tried calling Supervisor and of course, her voicemail was full
