I am royally mad at iStorage Huntsville. My storage unit got broken into. I have insurance, but I have not received anything. I called the police about it. iStorage said they had surveillance, but the cameras weren't even facing my unit. i lost at least $50,000 in the theft that I had in collectibles, jewelry, et cetera. I have insurance and I don't know why that's not happening. The gate was broken and they just drove on through. They didn't have to type in the pin, nothing. Maybe my stuff wouldn't have gotten stolen. I am very disappointed with iStorage.
