After a new alternator failed, they covered the replacement under warranty. That's expected.
What was surprising and welcome is that they also replaced the plug and the battery, free of charge, to ensure the alternator would not fail again.
That's impressive.
To top it off they drove us home and picked us up when the car was ready..that PERSONAL service.
Needless to say, after this first experience, I will be a loyal customer...GOOD JPOB.
