I was in the process of leaving the States, so I used iStorage Moreno Valley for almost three years. It was a good experience as far as having a storage unit. Everything was safe and seemed secure. I never had a problem. The unit was clean.

I wish it could have stayed open later, but I worked around their schedule. The customer service was fair. I'm kind of a fixed type of person, so when it changed from the previous type of storage to iStorage it was kind of a change for me. But overall I would recommend their service.
