My first and hopefully only experience from a public storage place wasn't a walk in the park. I found this storage place online. It was advertised asd $15 a month. Little did I know, ontop of the $15 a month there were other fees, insurance, minimum of 3 months, i had to purchase a lock from them directly? All these things should have been explained to me prior to me even signing or agreeing to anything?
Upon returning from vacation to close out my locker, I was not greeted with the friendliest response. The only person working at the front was on the phone with whom appeared to be another co-worker. Only when i had intrupted her was when she acklowledged me. Needless to say I will not be going back.
