Prior to the new management team arriving I was preparing to move to another storage facility. The repairs that were made on my new storage unit's door solved the roll up problem. The best change has been the arrival of Steve the new site manager. When faced with an issue or problem he solves it for you immediately, or let's you know when it will be resolved.
