Everything about my experience with iStorage Smithville was very good. I won a unit in an auction, so the unit itself was already dirty when I purchased it, but I found the security to be adequate. The staff was very courteous and professional. When I signed in at the front desk, they had everything all ready for me. They didn't have to fumble through any paperwork. This is a friendly place to rent from. They will meet all of your needs. I would recommend them.
