I did not like how they upped the rates, and they were not willing to work with me at all. One month they would do one thing and the next month they would do another. I made a partial payment and they told me to come in at 5pm the following Wednesday and when I did they doubled the rates. They tagged on so many late fees I could not believe it. Overall I was very dissatisfied with the service, to charge the prices they did for the storage was very disappointing.
