First of all, I loved the on-site management at Top Shelf Storage. The manager was a great person. However, when the company bought the property, they raised rates over 200% in a 6-month period. They did not give any consideration to our length of term. We moved out last month because of that. I would never recommend them to anyone. I will actively dissuade people from going.
