I called Bristol Glass with measurements for glass for window. I live in Norton and by the time I got to Bristol glass in Attleboro it was waiting for me. They are Great!! Got glass home only to find out I gave them the wrong measurements, not so great. I called them with my corrected measurements and returned to Bristol glass . Having no need for small piece of glass I handed it to them and he handed me the correct piece and said no charge, have a good day. That’s great again. BUT, not end of story. I needed a large of safety glass for a door. Of course I called. Bristol glass my go to glass company. I gave them the measurements. Next day I received a call glass was ready. I went and picked it up, paid a reasonable price and returned home only again I gave the wrong measurements. Called with new correct measurements and it was suggested I bring in frame to them. When I returned to pick up glass it was already mounted in frame. Again having no need for smaller piece, I offered it to them at which time the owner said he could use it and said no charge not only for glass but also installing it. Needless to say, I don’t think they will accept my measurements again. I will only buy glass from BRISTOL GLASS, THANK YOU!! They are the GREATEST, George from Norton,Ma
