Carlos was friendly and competent.
It was an out on the porch type faucet broken. My newly purchased faucet was used after a piece of pipe was soldered on to main water pipe. It works well and we are satisfied. I didn't quibble about price but $350.00 is pretty steep. Maybe that is because we have not needed a plumber for several years.
