We used to have a different representative from Interior & Exterior Environment Designs who would come out to do the servicing of the plants and general maintenance. Since he left, we have had someone new.

Our new representative constantly needs to reminding to come and take care of plants that are dying. He doesn't replace things on his own and when he leaves there are usually still dead leaves on the plants or on the ground.
