So to begin, my family and i just went to Florida and had a really good trip. I would like to thank Beverly for all her help in getting there. What can I say probably not enough about my experience with being lucky enough to have Beverly as my trip advisor! she was and I say with certainty that I could not have had a better agent to help. as I began searching for a rental to get to Florida I came across a few places that rent 15 passenger vans but i just didn 't see what I needed as far as price and availability. this is when i went back to Empire as you guys had the best price and availability. As i said this is when I met Beverly over the phone. I knew right from the start that she was going to be the one that would help me. I can't say enough about my experience with Beverly she just was the most helpful, decent, and nicest person I could have had on the phone!! She was completely on the money with her knowledge of helping customers find the right vehicle to rent. She stayed with me through the whole process and even gave me sound advice about waiting to lock in the rental because she said sometimes with so many (we had 15 people in our party) that lots of times plans change and she couldn't have been more right as i had to go back and forth between vans as plans did change, thank you Beverly! I want to add that Beverly was an absolute pleasure to deal with as her experience and her wonderful demeanor made me feel so comfortable that i could ask her anything and I know she would have dug to help me in anyway she could. Beverly you are the best and now have a customer for years to come as I would go anywhere else except Empire. Thank you Beverly and Empire for a stress free experience!!!!!
