My experience with Empire Brooklyn location was absolutely GREAT! Excellent professional customer service was provided by the desk manager, Debby, who was both informative and a pleasure to work with. She was friendly and patient as I asked a bunch of questions.

Likewise was George upon returning the van. He was helpful and took extra time to quickly provide me with the tolls charged during my rental so I would know the approximate credit I would receive within 30 days from my additional $200 charged in case of tolls and/or traffic camera violations. So great dealing with wonderful people who enjoy their jobs! Highly recommend this company and location!!!
