I have rented from this company for a while, but I have to say that Ms. Beverly, (Brooklyn staff member) in addition to the reasonable prices are the reasons why I continue to be a customer. Ms. Beverly is professional, courteous and friendly. She makes the rental pick-up/drop-off experience quick and easy. She pays attention to details and is willing to amswer all questions. If I have any issues, she has done her best to help solve it. My past rental was exceptional, we rented a 12-passenger low top van. The vehicle was clean, drove well and had no issues. Thank you Ms. Beverly & Empire rent a car for a job well done.
