Jeff Danley of Farmers Insurance Group is willing and available to answer questions. I have no issues getting a hold of him and he's always polite, courteous, and answers my questions to the best of his ability. I think I've gotten decent rates from him, which I know is more of a Farmers Insurance in general thing, and I feel welcome to call him and ask questions. I feel that he values my business.
