I was satisfied with the professionalism the man from Mr. Handyman displayed; however, I was promised an estimate, and I did not yet receive it. He has not called either to indicate when we would get an estimate. He was going to change out some doors that needed switching with doors that meet current fire regulations. He has not been very good about following up with me as a client. He is a very professional, capable person, but not good about responding back, and in terms of the finished product, I cannot gauge. I don't regret having him, but I was expecting a proposal.
