While the inspector was well informed and very pleasant he didn't appear to have a system or even a checklist as hee went through the house. He took pictures but I didn't see him taking any notes or using any inspection software or electronic devices at the site. His communication skills were lacking. He struggled a bit while trying to answer questions or explain things. There were a couple of issues that the inspector overlooked which might not have happened if there were a system or at least a checklist in place.
