Derek from Eliminex is a "good guy". He is very knowledgeable about tricky bed bugs, and he really cared about helping me get rid of my infestation, He treated my house once, and the problem was gone. He sprayed every nook and cranny of the bedrooms, my suitcase, and my couch. I also followed his sage advice and the have not had a recurrence. I know a lot of pest companies recommend a second treatment about 14 days after the first, but I didn't need a second treatment at all. Most likely because of Derek's expeience and knowledge. I had expeierences with other companies that pushed their annual contracts, which made me feel they were not trustworthy. I recommend Eliminex and completely trust them.
