The house Shamrock Quality worked on had water in it so there was mold. It was an elderly woman's home and there was a lot of stuff stored downstairs. They cleaned it all up, torn the walls and did a nice job on it. All that was left were floors and walls. We did ask them to keep a workbench, laundry chute, and sink so they cleaned those off so they could stay. They were great. We haven't seen any mold since!
